Discover The Healing Power Of Intuitive Creation
In our Spiritual Art offerings, you can choose from a range of gentle, feminine-centered classes:
• Intuitive Painting Circles
We begin with grounding, breath, and a short visualization. From there, you follow color, shape, and feeling rather than rules or technique. I guide you with simple prompts so your brush becomes a way to listen to your body and emotions. We close with reflection and optional sharing in a soft, non-judgmental circle.
• Somatic Art & Breath Journeys
These sessions weave together breathwork, slow movement, and mark-making. As you breathe and gently move, you let your hand respond on the page or canvas. This helps release stored tension, soften the nervous system, and give form to what words can’t express. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.
• Ritual Art Altars
In this class, you create small, meaningful pieces such as altar cards, mini canvases, or objects that hold your intentions. We work with symbols, color, and natural elements (like flowers, leaves, or crystals) to build a personal altar piece you can take home. Each step is guided as a ritual, inviting presence and devotion.
• Moon & Elemental Art Rituals
Timed with the moon or seasonal shifts, these sessions invite you to paint or create in relationship with the elements (earth, air, fire, water). We set a shared intention, call in the energies of the current cycle, and let the artwork become a living prayer for what you are calling in or releasing.
• One-on-One Spiritual Art Sessions
A private, customized session where we move at your pace. Together we blend intuitive art, breath, and somatic coaching to explore a specific theme in your life (such as self-worth, grief, or creative awakening). This is a deeply held space for personal healing and insight.
Every class is beginner-friendly, trauma-sensitive, and held in a sacred, feminine container. You do not need any art experience—only a willingness to show up, breathe, and let your inner world meet the canvas.
